My favorite are Lost and Scrubs. I really don't watch TV all that much.

I don't watch TV when it's on TV, but I get the shows that interest me on DVD.

Cool. Great to see Arrested Development at the top of your list as well. It was my #1 for a good time there. In actuality, I really can't choose between The Office, Arrested Development, and Moonlighting for which is my favorite show of all time.
