This is where we'll post the download links to songs. They don't have to be from sendspace. I think that will keep it a lot more organized, cuz posting links can get sloppy sometimes. Here's my first batch, a sampler, if you will. I'll base what else you would be interested in on your responses to this group of songs.

The Mars Volta – I don't know if I've mentioned it yet, but this is the best band of all time.

From The Album, “Deloused In The Comatorium”

Son et Lumiere/Inertiatic ESP – (It's split into two songs, but it's one):
Part 1:
Part 2:

Roulette Dares (The Haunt Of) : – (I got my user ID from this song)

Cicatriz ESP:

From The Album, “Francis The Mute”:

Cygnus...Vismund Cygnus:

There are only 5 songs on this album, but as they were on a major label under a producer at the time, they had to put more than 5 tracks on the album, or they would be forced to sell it as an EP, despite it's 80 minute runtime. So, they split the 32 minute epic “Cassandra Gemini” over the tracks 5-12. I'll post the first two parts, and if anyone likes what they hear, I'll post the rest.

Cassandra Gemini I:

Cassandra Gemini II:

From The Album, “Amputecture”:

Day Of The Baphomets:

Arcade Fire:

From The Album, “Funeral”:

Neighborhood # 1 (Tunnels):

Wake Up:

Rebellion (Lies):

From The Album, “Neon Bible”:

Keep The Car Running:

No Cars Go:

My Body Is A Cage:

Here is a video someone made for that last song put to scenes from Once Upon A Time In The West:

Between The Buried And Me:

From The Album, “Alaska”:

Selkies: The Endless Obsession:

Backwards Marathon: - WARNING!!!! BRUTAL!!!

The rest of their stuff original stuff may be a tad brutal for some people, so if you liked the middle portion of the “Selkies” song, let me know and I'll hook you up with some more BTBAM.

From The Album, “The Anatomy Of...”: - This is a cover album they did to tide fans over between LP's. It worked on me. They are some of the best musicians around in the metal scene today, and these covers really let it show.

“The Day I Tried To Live” - Originally by Soundgarden:

“Bicycle Race” - Originally by Queen:

“Three Of A Perfect Pair” - Originally by King Crimson:

“Colorblind” - Originally by Counting Crows:

Portugal. The Man

From The Album, “Waiter: “YOU VULTURES!!””:

M80 AKA The Wolf:

Guns. Guns...guns: - (See if anyone can guess the movie clip buried in the background at the end of this song.):

From The Album, “It's Complicated Being A Wizard”:

It's Complicated Being A Wizard: - (That's the whole album):

From The Album, “Church Mouth”:

Sugar Cinnamon:

The Sound Of Animals Fighting:

From The Album, “Lover, The Lord Has Left Us...”:

Horses In The Sky:

This Heat:

The Heretic:

"You shoot me in a dream, you better wake up and apologize." - Mr. White
